Routes In Bradford

The Calder Aire Valley Route – Bradford and Calderdale Councils have worked with Natural England to develop a 17 mile long bridleway which links the Bradford district into the Pennine Bridleway near Clough Foot. There is parking for horse boxes and trailers at St Ives in Bingley. There is also another spur linking into this route from Keighley. The route travels via Cullingworth, where you can also access part of the Great Northern Trail.

The Great Northern Trail – Horses can also use parts of this cycleway which is currently being developed by Sustrans. It runs along the route of the disused railway line between Cullingworth and Queensbury. The link opens their map showing which sections are open to horse riders.

Haworth, Bronte Country, via Walshaw – This features a loop in Oxenhope, linking to a longer loop around Pecket Well in Calderdale.
